As a small business, we are able to keep our overhead low, which results in lower costs for you, while still being flexible enough to create custom plans that work for your business. We provide a lower-cost option to large national outfits with the personalized feel that you expect from a locally-owned Texas business. Flexible Solutions

ExtendMyStaff provides customized services to help you identify payroll and project-based, time-limited and part-time staff. We can identify, onboard and payroll your contract staff or provide any combination services needed by your business.

  • For resource identification and recruiting contracts, we maintain a real-time report with details on talent identified, screened and qualified. Reports are provided by default once a week but are also available on-demand. We average 4-8 resources identified per hour worked and one screened & qualified candidate for every 15 hours worked.
  • For all resources, we can provide background and reference checks.
  • For payrolled resources, our contracts include workers compensation. Benefit packages are available if requested in the contract.

Your EMS Support Team

Each client is assigned a Consultative Account Manager with whom you can work to create a strategy, resolve resource questions, and resolve any issues. For resource identification contracts, a recruiter will be assigned for sourcing and qualifying resources. Additionally, you can also work directly with our finance team to resolve any invoice questions, if preferred. Again, we pride ourselves on our service to you!

Billing and Invoicing

Payrolled resources are required to complete a time tracker each week. Once the resource manager approves the time tracker, an invoice is generated weekly and submitted to your Accounts Payable department. A payroll grid is maintained and sent periodically for your records. EMS bills net 15 days for payrolling.

Resource Payments

By default, contractors are paid by EMS every 15 days. We offer direct deposit services. All contractors will receive W2’s for use in tax preparation.
